Janice Litman came into the "Friends" series in the first season as Chandler's annoying girlfriend. She can be described as the stereotypical New york woman in the 90's, skinny, hair sprayed to the stiff, excessive jewelry, and loud and obnoxious. Every time Chandler broke up with her he always seemed to get sucked back into her bizarre charm. You always knew Janice was on the scene when you heard her catch phrase, "Oh, My....God!" followed by her annoying laughter. The entire gang always persuaded Chandler to break up with her but Chandler always followed his heart to her until he falls in love with Monica of course; Thank God for Monica Geller!
